About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems. You’ll collaborate closely with software developers, and QA engineers to streamline and optimize our deployment processes.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support code integration and delivery
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance processes to reduce manual intervention
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively
  • Implement best practices for system security and data protection
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvements in development and deployment workflows
  • Manage incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences
  • Stay updated on DevOps trends, tools, and industry best practices to improve our infrastructure and processes
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of the ISO 27001 standard

What we are looking for

  • 3-7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Strong experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
  • Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or Javascript
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
  • Understanding of security best practices for DevOps, including network security, IAM, and data encryption
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams

  • Experience with serverless architectures and microservices
  • Certificate in AWS
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef)
  • Experience with load balancing, caching, and scaling strategies
  • Experience with Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer)
