
We’re looking for someone who:
- is immensely creative and has no problem delivering appealing and relevant content;
- considers herself/himself to be a “Jack of all trades” (marketing-wise);
- is willing to continually improve.




Your responsibilities will be:
- Support the development of the Marketing and Communication Strategy, as well as execute and track marketing activities (sponsorships, events, employer branding) and marketing budget
- Create, produce and distribute valuable and relevant content consistent with our company's tone and mission for both online and offline marketing purposes (various types of content such as blogs, web text, press releases, and similar), aimed to be published by the company or third party
- Orchestrate digital media activities across all online platforms (website, social media, job boards)
- Partner with the HR department to support local and global branding and positioning, enabling the realization of the recruitment strategy, programs, and processes
- Partner with the Sales & Delivery department to help boost the company's presence in the global market and attract other creative minds who would be our future clients
- Work closely with both internal teams and other external vendors to create effective, respectful, and trust-based communications that articulate our company's core values correctly and consistently
- Report to the CEO of the company
