We’re looking for someone who:

In this role, you will:

  • Take part in coordinating the employee life cycle - from attraction (employer branding), recruitment, onboarding, retention, and development to offboarding
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent for all open positions
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Participate in developing and administering people-related processes, procedures, projects and guidelines to align the workforce with the strategic goals of Codetribe
  • Take part in driving the employer branding strategy and initiatives (online and offline)
  • Help oversee, implement and organize employee training and development on all levels, including onboarding and ongoing personal and professional development opportunities
  • Support in ensure the overall well-being, health, and satisfaction of employees
  • Support and help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives guided by the utilization of relevant and related metrics
  • Participate in developing and maintaining the organizational culture through collaboration with employees on all levels

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in I/O Psychology or any other related humanities field
  • 4+ years of experience in a TA/HR/People role
  • Has done this before - experience in an IT environment that has an ambition for high and rapid growth
  • Can help the company scale by implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies
  • Has exquisite communication skills - clear, concise and respective in all formats
  • Has an “executive” presence - polished, professional, pleasant and able to communicate with all levels of employees and executives
  • Has an agile approach to organizing and managing all people-related projects
  • Is a thoughtful and effective collaborator - work approach with confidence but without ego
  • Has the ability to actively listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information
  • Can act as the main ambassador for Codetribe’s core values - Proactivity, Dedication, Quality, Trust, Improvement and Honesty
  • Is no stranger to different digital tools that make the life of an HR/People professional a whole lot easier
  • Has exquisite grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills both in Serbian and English
  • Is empathetic, open-minded, adaptable and isn’t hesitant to be creative
